1. Made-to-Order & Customisation

All our garments are exclusively made to order, with customisation available on eligible styles. Minor variations in colour, embellishments and finishing may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our designs.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to confirmation and successful payment. Customers are requested to carefully review their sizes, measurements and customisation details before placing an order.

3. Production & Delivery

Our standard delivery timeline is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of all required details. Timelines may vary depending on customisation, production requirements or unforeseen shipping delays.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

As every piece is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Returns, exchanges and refunds for change of mind or incorrect customer-provided measurements are not accepted.

In the event of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gunikamehra.com with photographs and order details. Eligible concerns will be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Sizing & Customisation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Changes requested after production has commenced may not be accommodated. Additional customisation charges may apply with prior confirmation.

6. Pricing & Shipping

Prices and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout. International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes, as specified in the applicable shipping terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos and website content belong to Gunika Mehra Official or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

8. Privacy & Website Use

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Unauthorised or unlawful use of our website is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
